Our dual bachelor degree has been designed in partnership with Washington state University, USA for candidates seeking a career in international hospitality and tourism management. Application Process
STEP 1- APPLICATION FORM

STEP 2 – PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE
If the application is successful and the requested course is still available, the provisional letter of acceptance will be sent within one week- the confirmation fee must be paid within 30 days
If the confirmation fee is not paid on time the place in the course is not guaranteed. If above payment cannot be made by the deadline set.
The paid confirmation fee will be applied towards the first term fee.
STEP 3- ACCEPTANCE AND VISA
The letter of acceptance will be issued upon receipt of payment of the confirmation fee. This letter and the receipt of the confirmation fee payment are necessary to apply for the student visa.

Master Of Arts In Entrepreneurship For The Global Hospitality And Tourism Industry
The MA in entrepreneurship for the global hospitality and tourism industry is an accelerated 22 week program developed in partnership with the University of Derby, UK. This program provides future hospitality managers getting ready to set up a new business with in-depth knowledge to explore innovative business opportunities & maintain a sustainable & profitable business. The degree is awarded upon submission of a business plan/dissertation.

The course consists of six modules, each spanning two weeks. Modules can be taken separately, but all modules need to be completed to earn a Certificate in Wine Business Management.

The three year programme culminates with initial two years in Le Bouveret which is home for the Mosimann collection or Lucerne campus and the third year in the Brig campus.
Please note, students may choose to undertake their studies in a different order to the one displayed above, on the condition that all credits and internship requirements are fulfilled before graduation.

A comprehensive program where students earn Dual degree from the University of Derby and Cesar Ritz upon submitting their Independent business project. Student will be completing their one year of course in the Brig campus which is the largest speaking town in Switzerland. Students after completing their first year get an opportunity to do their internship either in Switzerland or anywhere in the world (minimum gross monthly stipend in Switzerland: CHF 2,212/-).
